Because the tortoise is a creature that symbolizes long life, tortoiseshell is also held to be lucky. Aside from its connection with good fortune, hexagonal tile of wildly divergent sizes, colors, and production methods is also popular all around the world. Hexagon from Maruman boasts a rich array of colors. There are two types: solid colors and shaded colors. The shaded color series produces ample ambience even when a single color is used.
